INSTRUCTIONS
Pulse dry ingredients with frozen butter in a food processor until sandy.
Add applesauce and vanilla; process just until a crumbly dough forms.
Divide, wrap, and chill the dough for 30 min.
Roll 1/8‑inch thick between parchment and plastic; cut animal shapes with your favorite
cookie cutters
.
Bake on parchment at 350 °F for 13–15 min until lightly golden; cool before storing.
