These easy cherry mango popsicles recipe is perfect for your little one to cool down during hot summer days! The sweet taste of fresh sweet mango and cherry is perfect for making baby popsicles without adding juice or sugar. These whole fruit mango cherry popsicles make a healthy snack option that is low in sugar and high in vitamins and antioxidants.
If you want to layer each fruit flavor individually, start by blending mango and cherry separate in a blender.
If you want to add a little extra sweetness, add liquid stevia or honey to taste (kids 12 months and older).
If using fresh ripe fruit, there’s no need to add any liquid for blending. If you’re using frozen cherries and mango, you may need to let it defrost for 15 minutes at room temperature for an easier blending or add a touch of water.
Insert the popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least six hours, or overnight.
To release the popsicles from the mold, push the bottom of the silicone mold to release it. If using plastic or metal molds, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds until the popsicle easily slides out.
